Shipping policy

At Workz Filters, we aim to ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are shipped that same week. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be packed and shipped the following week. If your order is placed during a holiday week, please note that if the holiday falls on a Thursday or later, we take the rest of the week off and your order will be packed the following Monday. If the holiday falls on any other day earlier in the week, your order will be packed the next business day.

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Workz Filters is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or mishandling by the carrier. While we always do our best to ensure your product arrives on time and in good condition, we cannot control what happens once it leaves our hands.
